The payment section of the standard terms and conditions always depends on the agreed exclusivity and if there is the agreement about the maximum payment and some kind of the penalty for not being quick enough. When such a penalty is applied, it has to be clearly stated, what is the reason caused by the recruitment agency and what is the fault of the recruitment agency's client.
